Open Position:

If you're a therapist searching for a clinic or practice that genuinely aligns with your values, you already know something essential: Where you work impacts how you feel, how you serve, and how long you stay in this field.
The mental health landscape is full of opportunities, but not every environment fills your cup. Too many clinicians today feel unheard, overwhelmed, and undervalued inside systems that prioritize quotas over connection and productivity over people.
You might be drowning in paperwork, spending weekends catching up on notes, and slowly losing the passion that led you into this field in the first place. When compassion takes a backseat to corporate demands, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your purpose.
At Peace of Mind Collaborative, we believe there’s another way.
The perfect therapy job isn’t defined by a paycheck, it’s defined by purpose. At Peace of Mind Collaborative, our mission is centered around service, compassion, and community. We exist to support individuals who often face the greatest barriers to care, especially in rural Colorado where resources are limited and stigma still looms large.
We believe that fulfillment comes from congruence, when the work you do mirrors the values you hold. Congruence is integrity in action. It means showing up authentically, doing what you believe is right, and being part of an organization that lives those same values.
When your workplace aligns with your heart, your work becomes not only sustainable…but meaningful.
We don’t rush clients to meet metrics. We don’t fill schedules for profit. We fill schedules because our community needs compassionate, consistent, quality care, and we are committed to showing up for them even when it requires sacrifice.
Because people matter more than numbers.
And doing what is right matters more than doing what is easy.
We are more than a team, we are a community of purpose-driven professionals who care deeply about the work we do.
When you join Peace of Mind Collaborative, you become part of something bigger than yourself: a mission-focused organization built on compassion, connection, integrity, and authenticity. We know the emotional toll of administrative overload. That’s why our support team handles as much of the paperwork, billing, coordination, and back-end work as possible.
Your time belongs with your clients, not buried in documentation.
We’re honest about pay disparities within Medicaid and insurance work. But we’re equally honest about our purpose. Our clinicians go home knowing their work changed someone’s life, and that sense of impact cannot be bought.
We value transparency, growth, open communication, and real teamwork. We’re not perfect. We don’t pretend to be. But we are committed to learning, evolving, and growing with intention. Growth requires discomfort, but it also brings transformation.
Together, we support each other.
Together, we learn from mistakes.
Together, we celebrate progress, not perfection.
We won’t sugarcoat it, competing with the giant telehealth corporations is hard. They advertise big salaries, remote freedom, and shiny promises. But behind the glossy branding are systems that operate like factories, high volume, low connection.
Many clinicians are pressured to churn through sessions with no time to breathe, reflect, or build meaningful therapeutic relationships. Clients become case numbers. Clinicians become productivity machines. At Peace of Mind Collaborative, we refuse to practice this way.
Our clients are our neighbors, friends, teachers, baristas, community members, and fellow families. When someone in our town is hurting, we feel it. That’s what drives us to show up differently.
We may not compete with corporate salaries, but we offer something far more important:
congruence between mission and practice.
Our clinicians experience the profound satisfaction of knowing their work aligns with their values and directly strengthens the community around them.
Healing happens in relationships, not algorithms.
Congruence keeps those relationships honest, authentic, and life-changing.
Colorado is breathtaking, but beneath the beauty are sobering truths:
At Peace of Mind Collaborative, we’re committed to raising the bar.
We aim to meet, and exceed, regulatory standards because our community deserves excellence, not shortcuts.
We push for better systems, better care, and better outcomes.
And every clinician who joins us becomes part of that movement.
We are passionate about shaping the future of mental health in Colorado.
Peace of Mind Collaborative provides free clinical supervision for pre-licensed candidates working toward Colorado licensure (LPC and LAC). We hope to expand to LCSW supervision soon.
We believe mentorship should be accessible, equitable, and grounded in integrity. Our goal is to help new clinicians build careers that reflect their values, strengthen their skills, and nurture their compassion, not drain it. When our clinicians eventually move on (though we hope they stay a long time), they leave with more than experience, they leave with a mission.
If you feel called to make a difference…
If you’re tired of feeling like a number…
If you’re craving a team that leads with heart, compassion, and community…
Then Peace of Mind Collaborative may be exactly where you belong.
Together, we’re rewriting what it means to work in mental health in Colorado, one clinician, one client, one community member at a time.
Integrity still matters. Compassion and accountability can coexist. Doing the right thing is always worth it.
Let your values guide you. Let your purpose lead you. And let your actions match your heart.
